* Notes:
- everything including means: linen (beds, bathroom, kitchen), final cleaning, use of kitchen, TV in the living room, use of barbecue, wood oven, bicycles, children’s playground, covered parking.
- is excluded: gas for heating during winter months. Each apartment has its own independent system that you will manage according to your needs, consumption will be calculated by a special meter that will read all the arrival and departure (at the time of application availability management, according to the season and all ‘apartment, they may provide an estimate).
Using the fireplace: € 5 (for the entire stay) plus the firewood consumption.
Dogs, cats and other pets are welcome in the farm… if education is always under control of its owner. By their presence you pay extra for final cleaning of € 13.
